Welcome to Stickgen! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stickgen app (the "App") provided by Kiplio LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. User Content

The App allows you to upload photos to transform them into custom stickers. By uploading photos, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.

• You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.
• We do not claim ownership of your content and will only use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Sticker Orders and Products

Stickgen enables you to create custom stickers and order physical prints:

• All sticker designs are created based on the photos you upload.
• Physical sticker orders are processed and shipped by our printing partners.
• Order pricing, shipping times, and availability may vary based on your location.
• We strive for high-quality products but cannot guarantee exact color matching due to variations in printing processes and materials.

4. Prohibited Activities

While using the App, you agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Create stickers featuring copyrighted, trademarked, or intellectual property belonging to others without proper authorization.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the App or access it using unauthorized methods.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the software, design, and branding, belong to Kiplio LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiplio LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any products ordered through the App.

7. Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Refunds or reprints may be offered for damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed orders.
• Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order with photo evidence of the issue.
• We do not offer refunds for orders where the customer made errors in design, quantity, or shipping information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Subscriptions

Unlock advanced features for creating stunning custom stickers with a seamless, ad-free experience. Subscribe to Stickgen Pro and gain full access to premium tools and exclusive sticker templates.

• Choose from yearly plans for full access to all premium features.
• Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, with the renewal cost clearly specified.
• Manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal anytime in your Account Settings.
